Our Mission:

House of Breath is a place where people are met as they are,
and supported in becoming more themselves —
without being told who they should be.

Workshops coming soon…

Workshops are experiential gatherings focused on doing, not teaching — spaces to create, listen, and stay present together.

The Wonder & Joy Studio offers adults a return to creative play as a way of remembering what it means to be human. These gatherings are not about talent or outcome, but about exploration, presence, and connection. Through thoughtfully curated creative experiences, participants are invited to slow down, listen inward, and engage with life from a place of curiosity and joy. It is a space where creativity becomes a language for self-understanding, and where play opens the door to belonging—within yourself and with others.

The Wonder & Joy Lab is a playful, creative space for children to explore who they are through art, movement, sound, and imagination. Designed for curious hearts, these experiences invite kids to create without pressure, express without performance, and belong just as they are. Through hands-on making, gentle guidance, and shared discovery, children are encouraged to trust their instincts, follow their curiosity, and experience the simple joy of being fully themselves—together.

Kids Soul Play is a gentle, joyful day-long experience where children are invited to explore creativity, connection, and self-expression in a relaxed, nurturing environment. Designed as a school-vacation offering, Soul Play weaves together art, movement, music, making, and imagination—without pressure, comparison, or expectation. Each day unfolds with rhythm and care, allowing children to follow their curiosity, collaborate naturally, and experience the freedom of being exactly who they are. It’s a place where creativity becomes play, play becomes confidence, and belonging grows quietly through shared moments.

Game On: A Sacred Sass Retreat for the Unapologetic Soul

Game On is a three-day immersive retreat for those who feel the flicker inside them refusing to go out — the ones who know they are not here to be small, quiet, or contained.

This is not a getaway. It is a return.

Through breath, movement, creative ritual, storytelling, ceremony, and deep community witnessing, participants are invited to reclaim their voice, their truth, and their unapologetic yes to life. Healing here is not heavy or clinical — it is human, embodied, and often joyful. Laughter is welcomed. Tears are honored. Sacred sass is encouraged.

Across three intentional days — Reclamation, Embodiment, and Devotion — we gather to shed old stories, listen to the wisdom of the body, and remember what it feels like to belong fully to ourselves. This work is grounded, trauma-aware, and held with care, allowing participants to explore their edges without being pushed past them.

Game On is for those ready to stop waiting, stop shrinking, and stop pretending they are anything less than whole. You don’t leave with a prescription for who to become — you leave remembering who you already are.

The breath leads.
The body remembers.
The soul rises.

The game is on.

Circles coming soon…

Small, steady circles that meet over a defined period of time, allowing trust and rhythm to form. Breath & Belonging circles follow the natural rhythms of the year, offering a steady place to breathe, reflect, and honor the many forms of transition we carry. While each six-week circle will address the needs of the group, there are seasonal themes.

Navigating Transition

The Breathing & Belonging Circle: Navigating Transition is a facilitated group experience for those standing at a threshold—grief, change, uncertainty, endings, beginnings, or moments when life is asking something new of you. These circles are not about self-improvement or problem-solving. They are about being met where you are, exactly as you are, and remembering that you do not have to navigate change alone.

Through guided breath, gentle reflection, and shared presence, participants are invited to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with their own wisdom while being held in community. There is space here for both grief and joy, confusion and clarity, silence and laughter. Each circle is shaped by the people in the room, honoring the truth that belonging is not found by having it “all together,” but by being witnessed in the midst of becoming.

These circles will open once House of Breath is fully in its space. Details and dates will be shared soon.

Threshold Sessions coming soon…

Threshold Session (One-on-One)

A Threshold Session is a spacious, one-on-one experience for moments when life is asking something of you—after a loss, before a decision, in the midst of change, or when the old way no longer fits and the next has not yet revealed itself. This is not coaching or therapy. It is a guided pause at the doorway between what was and what is becoming.

Together, we slow the moment down. Through breath, conversation, intuitive listening, and gentle reflection, you are supported in meeting yourself honestly and compassionately at this threshold. There is no fixing, no agenda, and no expectation to arrive anywhere by the end of the session. Instead, the focus is on clarity, presence, and remembering your own inner authority—so that whatever comes next can be met with steadiness and self-trust.

Each Threshold Session is unique, shaped by your story, your timing, and what wants to be witnessed in that moment. You leave not with answers imposed from the outside, but with a deeper sense of orientation—grounded in yourself and accompanied as you cross into what’s next.
