The House of Breath Sanctuary is a place to come to breathe, gather, and allow yourself to simply be.

Be Seen.
Be Heard.
Be Held.
Exactly as you are.

A quiet space to breathe, gather, and allow yourself to simply be.

Have you ever had a moment — maybe just a flash — where you felt completely, effortlessly yourself?

Where wonder snuck up on you, or joy arrived uninvited, or you felt so genuinely seen that you recognized yourself?

That feeling has a name here. We call it WoJo— wonder and joy. And it's not something you have to earn or perform or wait until you're healed enough to feel.

It's already in you. Sometimes it just needs a little room.

House of Breath Sanctuary is that room.

When was the last time you felt completely seen?

Support for grief, life transitions, and emotional processing through breathwork, Reiki, and community in Naples, Maine.

Not listened to…
Not responded to…
But truly seen, exactly as you are.

Many people who walk through this space are carrying something—
grief, change, uncertainty,
or simply the weight of holding it all together.

There isn’t always a place to put those things down. And even when there is, it often comes with expectations— to explain, to process, to move forward.

This is different.

“A quiet place where presence becomes its own kind of healing. Maya has opened a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or hold anything together. You simply arrive — and are met with honor. Grief finds breath. Light finds its way back in.”
— Karen B. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
